Service Description
Clients must bring their own food, treats, pillows, and toys etc.. for their pets. Pets will stay in kennels during busy hours and must stay in kennels over night. We hate leaving pets in kennels but its for their own protection. If we are slow or we have a minute then pets are free to walk around the shop and always have the options of playing in our full fenced backyard.
Cancellation Policy
To cancel or reschedule please text 903-405-7732 give us AT LEAST 24hr notice, otherwise a cancellation fee will be applied. No Call No Shows Automatically get a service fee applied.
